Shell is a transformable sofa designed for homes and for public spaces such as schools and shopping centres. The back of the sofa is flexible and can be moved with a few simple motions. Shell can be used as a lounge sofa, a double-sided sofa or an ottoman. The frame is made of metal and is covered with fabric and soft filler. The sofa measures 1800 mm in length, 1200 mm in height and 800 mm in depth. Two colour versions are offered: white and grey with gold cushions, and dark grey with red cushions. The transformation allows the sofa to be reused when a room changes.

The outer surface is formed from bent plastic with a transparent tint, so the whole structure of the chair remains visible. One armrest is wide and can be used to lean on, to place books or to support the legs during a short rest. The cushion can be removed for easy cleaning and replacement. The plastic and the fabric colors can be customized to suit the surroundings.

Traditional woodworking knowledge is combined with a CNC router, allowing joinery of greater complexity and precision. The stool measures 45 cm in width, 54 cm in depth and 66 cm in height. The name Kodama means spirit of the tree, and the design pays tribute to wood as a renewable material.

The seating surface is split on the vertical axis, creating two sides that react independently as the user shifts weight and changes posture. The seat surface is scored to provide better support. The base is formed by two curving strips of machined and cold-formed aluminium with polished and black satin anodized finishes. The seat is overmolded polypropylene copolymer around an aluminium frame, and the surface is flexible with a smooth matte texture. The design responds to the dynamic nature of sitting.

The seat is cut with a CNC machine, while the backrest, legs, structure and shoes are shaped and turned by hand. The chair measures 500 mm in width, 590 mm in depth and 790 mm in height.

Kawadoko is a wooden bench designed to offer relief from summer heat. The name refers to platforms built over rivers in Japan during summer, where people cool down beside running water. The bench is made of white oak, using mortise and tenon joints and woodturning, and follows the structure of traditional wooden architecture. Long gaps between the seat rods allow air to pass through for a cool sitting experience. The seat is wider than average, so users can sit cross-legged or lie down to rest. The rounded rod edges serve as handles when the bench is moved.
