Fine Club

This case is not only a real estate sales office, but also a reconstruction of urban life. Designers use modern architectural thinking to extract design elements from the theme of seaside vacation, and extend a regular form to build the relationship between space. At the same time, the functions of vacation experience, food culture, art enjoyment, children's space, bar afternoon tea and other areas are perfectly integrated, trying to influence the unchanged lifestyle of most urbanites through diversified, changeable and multi-dimensional multi-scene club operation mode.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon

The project lies in Suichang, a county with thousands of years of cultural connotations. The overall design integrates artwork and time-honored objects into the interior decorations, retaining the primitive simplicity as well as the functionality and modern style. Local bamboo and green plants are used as natural decorations of the guest room, echoing with the scenery outside the window. The past is carved into every old beam and column, brick wall, earth wall, and every hand-polished furniture, which, together with idyllic outdoor scenes, manifests an ideal lifestyle.

4000 Light

4000 Light Restaurant is vegetarian restaurant that operates plateau ingredient and serves young fashionable people. The designer uses light and shade as space element, breaking the boundary of people and space with material being regarded as the dividing line. The YINI IP interaction technology with its own intellectual property is used to create an impressive sense of spatial experience, so that users can feel the integration and interaction between themselves and the surrounding environment.

Lullaby

Designers used the high-ceilinged space above the reading table to create forest trees that resemble a giant piece of installation art. Its standing posture corresponds with the vast sea of knowledge and symbolizes that children will grow and thrive step by step through learning. Using a pure white color tone as the theme of this space, it smartly brings out a colorful visual atmosphere and makes the reading atmosphere of the library more lively and vivid.

Feili Yundi

Following the design concept of green and environmental protection, the function of space has been changed without any demolition. Different from typical sales office, it has more aesthetic meaning and living philosophy. Through infinite loop of space, the design use abstract elements to give people the best space experience. The long-span structure blurred the overlapping space relationship, and the possibility of space symbolizes the infinite change and infinite hope in life.

Vanke Moon Over The Sea

Moon over the sea of Vanke tries to go beyond the formal agencies of a sele center. The name refers to a poetic condition and is considered as a metaphor translated into the architectural language. The project develops a mental landscape for its users alongside with diversity of spatial qualities. A purely white space, which contains the users and let them freely reveal their imaginations within the architectural space. As the project is using some architectural elements such as the geometrical staircase and floating boxes to give a sense of liberation embedded into a dynamic continuity
