This east facing elegantly designed duplex apartment is rooted in modern minimalism, reflecting the discerning lifestyle of an elite client. Inspired by the family's needs, each space is meticulously tailored to cater to individual preferences and age, while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. The five bedroom abode is derived by meticulously curated planning of the rooms and placement of furniture, complimented by the customized accent wall surfaces and artworks while maintaining harmony to the functional aspects. The Oco armchair is a minimalist piece with a strong, elegant and original look. Its name refers to the empty space inside a hollow sphere and it is in this space that those who sit in it are accommodated. The upholstery is ergonomic and soft and the piece comes in a variety of finishes, such as natural wood veneer, lacquer, electrostatic paint and others. In the station design, exploring from the perspective of perception, designers adheres to the concept of inclusiveness and innovation, and interprets the regional characteristics and historical culture of the station route. So that the visual tactile perception is concentrated in the underground space, which can improve the sense of social participation.
