Monochrome

Project is located in Istanbul as a 400 m2 private boutique villa in a 1000 m2 land area with 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 6 bathrooms and a private pool at the land area. The main character of the design is simplicity while using monochrome and natural materials. The star design of the project is a wood sliding curtain system which inspired all the design of the project. Using the wood material so much almost all the walls are implemented by wood panels and the main color selected is gray and stones.

Secret Land

This case is a private reception house of the owner, with friends, watching the ball game, tasting wine together, a big boys exclusive space. Without too much decoration, and with the less processing, natural materials, the space returns to nature, in order to facilitate friends to meet, the moving line is zero dead angle of full open pattern. The feature of this case is the use of cast iron material for screen, display shelf, and display cabinet space.

Opulence

The workstations feature wide upward-curved ceilings, a design choice aimed at optimizing ceiling height and visually unifying the space. Full-height glass walls separate the workstations from the managerial zones, serving practical purposes such as admitting daylight and facilitating surveillance. Throughout these areas, the formal design language and intricate detailing extend from the ground floor, infusing the workplace with a distinctive character. Notably, various modes of illumination add further depth and ambiance to the environment, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

Tsinghua EE

The project transformed the interior space of Tsinghua Electronic Engineering Building, focusing on the redesign of entrance lobby, history exhibition hall, communication space and alumni salon. Based on the design concept of Energy transmission, the strategy is to open the closed, negative walls and utilize spatial languages, images and interactive installations to create a sense of openness and technology in the space. Meanwhile, cubes are subtly inserted throughout the space to meet diverse functions such as exhibition, reception, seminar, resting and solitude.

Designed for compactness, elegance, and versatility, this tea cabinet is a blend of minimalist design and practical functionality, catering to modern users who value both aesthetics and storage efficiency. The double-layer countertop and the cabinet with multiple storage areas inside are integrated into a compact and layered form. This design not only conserves space but also optimizes storage capacity. The cabinet offers a stylish and adaptable alternative for small-sized homes, and serves as a distinctive decorative element to enhance everyday living.

This project amalgamates natural elements with contemporary design techniques to create a comfortable home environment. It aims to infuse nature into modern living spaces by incorporating floor to ceiling windows and a diverse range of natural materials. Moreover, the open layout and varied arrangement of light sources enhance the sense of spaciousness and interactivity of the space. The goal is to inspire contemporary individuals to explore a lifestyle that espouses a return to nature.
