Sunac Shanxiao

The target clients for the project are social elites with higher education background. Therefore, it needs to convey impressive personality characteristics and cultural symbols in the space. On the basis of creating aesthetic space, the designer moderately introduced the design idea of deconstruction, used geometric forms and linear elements extensively in the space, and endowed the space with unique sense of fashion and literary temperament through the collision of Chinese and Western cultures.

Chunjiang Huayue

The lobby is the core area of the whole space. With a huge floor-type sand table and textured geometric modeling on the top, it reflects the sense of momentum of the space. Add the adornment lamps and lanterns with strong artistic feeling again, abounded the visual effect of big space. In order to avoid the flatness and rigidity of the space interface, the designers also chose a relatively soft point light source, which enhanced the sense of sequence and ritual.

Sunny Chinese House

The project adopts the structural layout of Chinese architecture and Chinese design elements to create a distinctive Chinese traditional home atmosphere. At the same time, it provides more sufficient natural lighting and improves the traditional Chinese furniture, creating a more comfortable living experience.

Blooming Peonies Picturesque

The space offers an exhibition area at the center, and four different styles of discussion areas are also in place. The reception hall has a softly hanging artistic decorative lighting fixture in floral tassels, which echo with the pink palette of peony and complement with the natural lines of marble the beauty of humanities, culture and nature are thereby simultaneously displayed. Layers of lightings and exhibits of stone sculptures resonate with the vast sea of blooming peonies.

Heytea

Unconventional space architecture design clearly emphasizes the functional division of each area. The combination of rigid and soft materials has no rigid boundary, which makes the whole transition natural and harmonious. The column is expressed by means of special block device, to make the long and narrow space more rhythmic and interesting. The shape of the bar and the fully open seating area echo each other, not only enriching the spatial level, but also meeting the needs of different consumer groups.

Hiyama

Hiyama is designed in Japanese style with the idea of nature, Zen, house, and experience; A bar as the welcome area for guests to be seated while waiting with drinks, a bamboo path with mist gives a feeling of an outdoor garden, different dining areas have become the varied houses of the family through the bamboos, passing by a pavilion at the end of the path and entering the main hall in between a veranda in wood leading to the private room and the balcony facing the harbor as an outdoor veranda spatially. In terms of construction, each room is built as an individual structure like a house.
