Andalusian Roof

Here the designer wanted to establish the trend to glean influences from the traditional Andalusian style with fewer properties taking shape in modern. The designer retains the Roman and Arab roots, while adding a dash of Mediterranean character to maintains vintage elements throughout the space. Some materials look as if they’ve lived a life before paired with the modern furniture, bright colors ,neutral finishes recognizable traditional stucco walls, decorative tiles, open high ceiling with exposed natural wood beams to represent the Arabian sunlight to embody a sense of warmth.

YooYuumi

As a restaurant for both parents and children, the project needs to balance the different aethestic needs, usage needs of different people. The design idea of main dining area comes from the owner's profession, so the main dining area is like a ball room. In the washroom, with architectural design techniques being used, designer expresses traditional Chinese paper-cutting using western aesthetic lines. The parent-child restaurant, based on the new romance, blends in perfectly with eastern leisure pattern.

Tracing Clouds

Everything, including art, has its end. The only immortal is the comprehension of human and world elaborated by art, said Vincent van Gogh. The model of life endures the power of acquisitive minds everywhere in the society, furthermore outlasting the beauty of life between the book and the non-book world. The design features incorporating the black and ingenuity is conceptually as fascinating as the Chinese ink painting of natural landscapes. The exquisite marble floors encompassing the gray and dark brown expose the intricate visual effects of progression and elegance.

Qube Shanghai

The hotel is themed on the concept of "Searching for the Memory of Jiangqiao", carrying the unique historical and cultural charm of Jiangqiao, the perfect fusion of modern fashion and traditional culture and the experience of artistic expression, all of which will be the most exciting stop in the life of the guests. The color palette of this project is a subtle grey with a touch of Qube Hermes Orange and Champagne Gold.

Tai Yuan Tian Yue

Using the traditional folding fans as the main design element of the interior decoration, permuting the folding fans, and presenting them with modern materials, not only reflects the traditional cultural connotation but also implies morphological innovation. Through the combination of the shape of the polyline and the glass material, a beautiful and alive visual sense is formed, introducing to the users a dramatic and romantic atmosphere.

Jinxiu Mansion

To follow the customer group's lifestyle and functional requirements, this project aims to seek delicacy and conciseness in color layout and accessory selection. The designer extracted elements like coast, spindrift and ripple from the concept of "deep sea", and extended them into irregular shapes. Hence, various space organizations are presented with prospective design. Moreover, the modern aesthetic attitude of installation in the East is expressed properly through extended rhythm and hierarchical cooperation between the installation forms.
