The Grandeur

Inspired from ribbon dance, when entering the abode, guests are greeted by a carefully arranged visual art installation. A frame-like partition is placed between the main entrance and the dining; thus, has created an illusion that the art painting (dining area) and the screen partition (foyer) are one single unit. Forge Loft

Forge Loft is the interior design and adaptation of the old forge located in Leszno, Poland into a loft apartment. The forge is part of a 19th-century Factory of Pumps, which is being revitalized into a living complex. The interior embraces industrial history of the building and its part in the technological sequence of the factory. The design of the loft is based on contrast: what is found is dirty and has broken colors (brick walls, concrete). What is new is neutral but elegant, creates a compositional "frame" for the historical tissue, without overshining it.

The relationship between interfaces is blurred by the change of materials and space, creating an open flowing environment, so as to separate the indoor from local decoration. The integration of cherry blossom, sand and stone, wooden fence elements, all highlight the exquisite Japanese style, and bring people the artistic conception of Jinan.
