Wyndham Dongrong

Wyndham Dongrong is a resort located in the south of Yixian County, Anhui, China. The resort covers 67118 square meters and unites architecture, landscape and interior design in one solution. The layout draws on traditional Hui-style villages, using enclosed courtyards, small water systems and winding corridors. Yixian Green marble, a local stone, clads the walls below the third floor, so the building appears to sink into the natural setting. Horse head wall forms are repeated as an array and simplified into art installations along the street.

Xiao Feng Yin Yue Greentown

Xiao Feng Yin Yue Greentown is a sales and exhibition center in Nansha District, Guangzhou, China. The interior covers 900 square meters on a single level. The design recalls the Cantonese water town scenery and fishing village culture of the area, which has faded as the city has grown. Elements drawn from Chinese ink painting, reeds, silk and lanterns are integrated into the space. Natural materials such as marble, wood and tree branches are used. Large empty areas keep the interior simple and calm.

Hannover Re

Hannover Re is an office interior spanning 30,000 square feet over two storeys in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Curved lines link the floor and the ceiling to create a sense of seamless circulation. An island layout places the head of department section at the centre and makes use of daylight along the perimeter windows. Indoor greenery adds privacy and storage, and supports a domestic atmosphere that encourages teamwork.

Barry Callebaut

Barry Callebaut is a corporate headquarters interior located in Zurich, Switzerland. The office occupies three floors of a business centre building and covers 3800 square metres. A chocolate academy with a professionally equipped kitchen sits at the centre of the plan behind glazed walls, so employees and visitors can watch chocolatiers at work. Three hubs on each floor are linked by internal staircases and serve as coffee points for breaks and informal meetings. Wood, cork, moss and safflower wallpaper create a tactile setting, and oxygen generating plants support a healthy work environment.

Logan TianLangWan

Logan TianLangWan is a real estate sales center located in Zhongshan city, covering 650 square meters. The interior is designed to feel like a private holiday residence rather than a conventional show flat. Sunlight reaches the whole space, and each window frames views of the sky and the water. Complicated decoration and uniform color schemes were avoided in favor of a simple approach. Colors are selected to serve the space, and the furniture follows one feeling rather than one system. Elegant materials and a small number of collected artworks create a calm and private atmosphere.

Along the Streams of Light

Along the Streams of Light is the interior design of a Korean restaurant of 265 square meters in Taichung, Taiwan. The space combines stone and wood in shades of brown and gray. Patterns, lines and irregular cuts create a sense of ceremony. Curved light strips and transitions between wooden and stone flooring guide movement between areas. The kitchen is semi-open and arranged with a bar counter, so the cooking process remains visible through glass panels. Reeded glass and tall glazing bring in daylight while privacy is maintained.
