The sales office pays attention to joint different lives rather than sale itself, connecting the better life of future community, that is, shifting from single mode of sale comes first to constructing a diverse experience center. We hope to extend the living sense through multiple scenes that can guide residents to actively communicate and share in daily life, so that the house is more vivid and full of life.

Expobay Office

The design team hopes to have a feeling of outdoor working environment in the whole internal space. Three cubic glass boxes have been created independently as the front-hall, meeting room and management offices. Through the frosted glass of these cubic glass boxes, you can see vague shadows moving with people who inside these boxes, which is just like a dumb show presenting on the glass with a real and illusory experience.

Seasonal Baroque

The purpose of this design is to cultivate creativity through eating, drinking, playing, and relaxation. The club space provides dynamic light and shadow intensities from day and night, along with the interactive configuration of natural and artificial light sources. The design is full of character as colorful devices are integrated into the structure to form an environment that imitates a natural climate. A seasonal atmosphere flows throughout the space, creating a subtle experience of scenery in spring, summer, autumn and winter.

Duofu Shanhe Riviera

The overall design of the sample room is restrained, where light is integrated into the living room in a peaceful way, thus, weakening the quiet space. The warmth of wood in the master bedroom brings a restrained sense of tranquility and calmness, and accessories and lamps inject an artistic atmosphere into the space. The simple rooms seem to be like their ordinary demands for life, and everything is comfortable.

The design team successfully created a dwelling space that integrates nature, humanity and spirit. The project draws on the concept of the integrated exterior and exterior of traditional Japanese house, and meets diversified and changing needs of contemporary life. It also adjusts the visual and emotional demands of people and realizes the spiritual pleasure and transition of nature.

Mango

It is demonstration office for the developer. Designer proposed the theme of Mango advertising company for the project. As the potential clients of the unit to be young and energetic. Besides, yellow (13-0647) and grey (17-5104) are the Pantone colors of 2021. Designer cleverly used this color combination in the project to match the update market.
