Star Mansion

The primary attributes of the space are still there. The moving line is immersive and coherent from the reception area, sand table area to the negotiation area, but it has dramatically increased the possibility of five senses. Different from the traditional sales center, the design creates one space after another by deconstructing. The texture and perception are not consistent with each other, but the temperament is not separated, which makes people immersed in it with no time to escape.

Crowne Plaza Warsaw HUB

The architect designed the interior of public areas and hotel rooms located in the Crowne Plaza hotel in Warsaw in accordance with the standards of the IHG brand. The design of Crowne Plaza Hotel has been prepared for the Warsaw HUB building in Warsaw, in Wola district. That project is a multifunctional complex of two skyscrapers joined by a bridge. Interior of this hotel is unique. Interior of the hotel combines elegance but cosy, nature but satisficated and also vibrant feel – mix of gold, wood, marble, green and the emerald fabric as the colors of Warsaw and Vistula.

The story uses light and shadow as the medium to interact, forming an interesting dialogue. The birds in the mountains can also perceive the direction of homing in the lighted lights, and return to the warm and loving urban forest. Beauty Mansion White

The visual focuses on the scenic view of Bitan, taking the surrounding water, clouds, trees into consideration, as if composing a dance in the water shadows. The new two-generation residential life, Chinese Learning as the Fundamental Structure, Western Learning for Practical Use, not only fulfills the Western independent spirit, but further caters for the mutual watch-out between the two generations, as well as the emotional communication between the seniors and the grandchildren in a family.

Zhangtai Haitang Bay

The Haitang Bay project of Zhangtai Group is located in Beihai, Guangxi. In the design of this case, the 31 Design team follows the concept of merging design elements into the surrounding. Except for a combination of architectural structures and beautiful sea views, the design team profoundly redefines the concept of a real estate sales center and reshapes the business culture. The interior design gets rid of the conventional impression of sales center with no more stereotypical commercial features. A vivid, situational and artistic scene is created to bring space, nature and people closer.
