This Thermal Spring is located in B1 at Hotel The Mitsui Kyoto in Japan. Being located in Kyoto, which has a deep history and culture in Japan, and being located in front of Nijo castle, which is valuable historical heritage that has looked at Japan's long history elevate the value even more. Utilizing the natural hot springs that spring up from this site and the design derived by scenic beauty of Kyoto also produce the luxury space in the basement floor.

Taking the unbounded as the main theme, integrating the unbounded into the space, with the extremely soft spatial tones and flowing design language, through the combination of practicality and pure art, people can produce different perceptions of space, nature, time, light and shadow, while enriching emotional experience and leads the design to integrate human, space and nature into an emotional aesthetic art space.

Industrial Dynamic

In this double volume industrial building, a collaborative business between Frank Laurent Coffee Roaster and Lee Motors Bodyworks and Bespoke Motoring are made to run in great dynamic. The car detailing shop opted for an industrial vintage look while the cafe’s brand is leaning towards minimalism. With the challenge of merging the design styles together, the usage of bricks, concrete and design features such as metal arches or trusses were incorporate into the design to resemble a vintage industrial warehouse; while the colors, materials and furniture selections are of minimalist style.

Toshin PostPandemic

For its first created office since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the challenge Matsuo Gakuin was facing is to find a solution for protecting its office users while keeping the aesthetic values the company has always cherished. A thunder shaped table runs along the office dividing the space into staff and guest areas. Glass panels were sandwiched between the board and its duplicate hanging from the ceiling. The glass panels run alternatively through two parallel lines separated by 20cm space. This disposition forms a protective shield while allowing air and documents circulation.

BD's Hype Tribe

Inspired by Becton Dickinson's "BD" consolidation exercise of key business units into one single floorplate, designers knew they wanted to enable a blended community space, for the various tribes of BD to come together, unite and promote cohesions with one common language. This common language was articulated with a strong design language that formed the narrative for the different experiential journeys within the space.

Huaxing Zhongrui Nordic Park

From the exterior circular building structure to the internal spatial layout, the circle is the core. With the structural characteristics of the circular building, it diverges outward to form a spatial pattern relationship of opening and closing, virtual and solid. "Earth Park" as the theme, the space is based on the ethereal artistic conception of regional beauty, combined with modern materials, techniques, light and shadow and the opening and closing of space, and the changes of virtuality and reality create the "Mirror, Flower, Water and Moon Poem, understatement of the painting". This kind of poetic and picturesque space beauty.
